3 to 5 years of DFT experience

Cadence Modus tool experience is must

Working knowledge on Cadence/Tessent DFT flow

Strong debugging skills and experience with DFT tools.

Working knowledge of Unix/Linux OS, file version control.

Experience with any scripting languages like Tcl/Perl/Python

Role Responsibilities:

Responsible for solving issues, driving enhancements, and improving support for all IT end-user related functions on a day to day basis.

Act as primary contact for internal DXCorr's support requests.

Provide service, maintenance, repairs & upgrades for computers & servers hosted in the server room.

Assist remote users with access problems ranging from password resets to network access failures.

Provide technical troubleshooting & problem solving.

User-facing support of Android & IOS mobile devices.

Perform break/fix or remote installations as needed.

Triage, assign, and escalate all incoming tickets via gitlab issues.

On-boarding of new hires; prepare new hire hardware for deployment.

Maintain local inventory accuracy & coordinate equipment logistics.

Track and issue hardware, software and peripherals.

Required Professional Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study or equivalent professional experience.

3+ years of progressive experience in IT.
